Alpine Lumber Corporate History

Alpine Lumber Company was founded in Englewood, Colorado in 1963 with the simple goal of providing unparalleled service to Colorado's professional building community. That guiding philosophy has allowed Alpine to successfully expand throughout Colorado, and into Northern New Mexico. We currently operate fourteen builder-oriented lumberyards, three Alpine Truss shops, three Alpine Millwork operations (prehung doors, windows, cabinets, and trim), three professional paint supply operations, a pre-built stair shop, FastFrame EWP Center, and Rocky Mountain Reload (rail-serviced material handling).

Alpine Lumber is 100% Employee owned and the pride of ownership is evident throughout all aspects of our operations. In an era of consolidations we have steadfastly maintained our independence and are confident in our ability to compete on any level.
